When you're creating a new workbook there are now 3 Python templates that you can choose from:

Type python into the search box when creating a new workbook, and press Enter.

Here's what these templates do:

Template	Use it to	Example
Get started with Python in Excel	This excellent template will show you how to access Python formulae and functions from within your Excel worksheets.
Random data generator	This will generate a dataframe of random data within an Excel worksheet.
QR Code generator	Generate a QR code, choosing the style you want to use.

The first and third templates solve two very specific needs: helping Python programmers to use their code in Excel, and generating QR codes. I'm not sure of the value of the middle template!
