Import a table then amend it and import others to create data model

This exercise is provided to allow potential course delegates to choose the correct Wise Owl Microsoft training course, and may not be reproduced in whole or in part in any format without the prior written consent of Wise Owl.

Before you can do this exercise, you'll need to download and unzip this file .

To start, if you haven't already done so run the script in the above folder to generate the MAM database (not for commercial use or copying).

Connect to the MAM database, and import the following 3 fields from the tblTransaction table (rename it as Transaction):

Note that this isn't the quickest way to go about this, but you will learn about recovering from mistakes better!

Using the ideas shown below, create a data model such that your PowerPivot field list looks like this:

To create your data model, it will help to know that the following related tables exist in the database:

Now create a pivot table showing the highest quantity of sales for each species:
