Our values are simple - we treat people as we would like to be treated ourselves. So:

We will - almost never - cancel courses. To see what "almost never" means see our no cancel guarantee.
There's nothing worse than being pestered, so we don't pester people. Ever.
It's dangerous to be sanctimionius, but we can see no possible benefit that tobacco and gambling companies bring to the world (and quite a lot of harm), so we choose not to work for them. Sorry.

Innovative online training platform▼

We've put a lot of thought into making our online courses as useful and interactive as possbile:

Delegates use Remote Desktop to connect to our machines, so our trainers can see everyone's screens at all time.
We arrange (without charge) a half-hour pre-course check for each online delegate before courses, to ensure that they everyone will be able to join the course seamlessly when it begins.
As well as providing a PDF of the manual and exercises for each online course delegate we will (again without charge) also post this out to each person a few days before if required.

About our Artificial Intelligence training

The aim of our Artificial Intelligence courses is to permanently change you (or your employees') habits. While writing prompts isn't as quick as running a quick Google search, it's nearly always the most efficient way to get at the best answer. You just have to know the best way to use AI tools, and to remember that they exist!

In case you think the above is so much flannel, our introduction to AI course has the distinction of being the only course that we've run internally for all Wise Owl staff - just because we think it was so worthwile!

Here's the sort of prompt that you'll learn how to write on our one-day Prompt Engineering and two-day Introduction to AI Tools courses (this one uses variables):

If you don't say otherwise you'll get a French limerick about cats from this prompt.

Our two-day AI tools course will also teach you how to program and debug using AI tools (for scheduled courses in VBA, although the approach is the same for any programming language; for tailored courses you can choose between one or more of VBA, SQL, Python and C#):

AI tool	Notes
ChatGPT	The latest version of this pioneering AI tool is based (at the time of writing) on verson 4 of OpenAI's large language mdel.
Claude	This spin-off from OpenAI from Anthropic is always fun to use.
Gemini	Previously called Bard, this is currently Google's main AI offering.
Copilot	Microsoft plan to integrate this within all of their applications, but also offer it as a standalone tool.
