Understanding our reviews

At the top of most pages of our website is a claim similar to this:

This shows the following two statistics:

How are these statistics compiled? Well, every night a stored procedure runs on our server to work out the average score for all delegates who have submitted feedback from training courses in the previous 10 years. Here's the SQL criteria used should anyone be interested!

Out of these reviews, a fair number have generously agreed to let us quote what they've said on our website: and these are listed under a separate heading below. Note that many large organisations ban employees from appearing to endorse suppliers, so there are many other reviews our delegates would like to share, but can't.

How can you tell that all this is true? We invite anyone who has a serious enquiry about booking training to inspect our systems and database for themselves (we did look at getting one of the big consultancies to audit our figures, but the cost was prohibitive).
