Open the document shown above and have a look at the contents. Spend a few seconds thinking about how you would summarise this (and what you think the author of the email might look like) then close the document down.
In your favourite AI tool (for example, ChatGPT) create a prompt, attaching this PDF document, which should show three things. Firstly a summary of what the document is about:
This is what Wise Owl's answer ended up with: yours will obviously be different. There are no right answers when using AI tools! The important thing is that the summary should be short (no more than about 50 words).
The second part of the answer to your prompt should show a summary of the author:
You may find it hard to get your AI tool to be critical of the author (AI tools don't like causing offence). Don't be afraid to ask your AI tool to modify this part of its original answer if you don't like the first answer you're given.
For the third part of your answer ask the AI tool to show a picture of Olivia Owl, the author of the letter:

Feel free to compare your prompt with the answer given, but remember that provided you get the answer you want it doesn't matter what prompt you used to elicit it!
