This exercise asks you to create a home page for a website for a (fictitious) company offering paddleboard tours of canals in the UK. Your website should include this image from the above folder:
The image shows a scene from one of the idyllic tours offered by this company.
Out of interest, here's the prompt used to create the above picture. You may wonder where the countryside went to (we did!):
Create a wide image of a group of 4 people paddle-boarding on a canal on a sunny day. Make sure that the size of the people is correct relative to the size of the canal. The canal should go through pleasant English countryside, and have some ducks on it.
Your home page should look something like this:
The buttons should change appearance when you hover over them, and when clicked take you to (non-existent) pages with sensible names.
You can solve this in two ways: either type in instructions for how the page should look, or alternatively provide a sketched design. The answer provided shows both methods.
Once youi've got your HTML and CSS you'll need to copy these into an editing tool like Visual Studio Code and then browse the HTML file produced.
