When your printout spans across several pages, only the first page has the row and column headings. In the example below, page 2 has no column headings, and on page 7 there are no column or row headings (the country names):
No row or column headings on page 2 or page 7.
Setting print titles to print at the top and left of every page, would make your printouts much easier to read. This is one of the few things that you can't do in the File | Print menu preview screen.
To set print titles, select the sheet that you want to print, and the from the menu select: Page Layout | Print Titles
Choose Print Titles from the Page Layout tab.
Click in Rows to repeat at top: and click anywhere on the row that has your required titles on your worksheet. Repeat this for the Columns to repeat at left: and click anywhere in the column containing your titles:
Set the rows to repeat at top and columns to repeat at left.
Then select Print Previewto check the results:
All the pages now have row and column titles.
