When you are creating an Excel workbook you may wish to protect data or formulae.
You can choose to Hide sheets but anyone can choose to Unhide them:
Right click a sheet to choose Unhide.
You can choose from a secret third option in the VBA editor. Push Alt + F11 on your keyboard to open the VBA editor.
Here you can choose from 3 different Visible options including xlSheetVeryHidden.
You can change the Visible option to xlSheetVeryHidden.
Now if you try to Unhide the sheet in the same way as before, the option will be greyed out.
You cannot right click and choose Unhide.
