Open the Music Tours - Calculate Keep Filters.pbix file in the folder shown above. On Page 1 you should see a bar chart displaying the average peak chart position for albums by different artists.
The chart currently shows all artists.
Create a measure which shows the average peak chart position for any three artists of your choice. Replace the current measure in the chart with your new measure.
Your selection can be as eclectic as you like - we selected names that are short and easy to spell!
Create another measure which shows the average peak chart position and which excludes any three artists of your choice. Create a new bar chart to display this measure along with the Artist field.
This chart appears to lack direction.
On Page 2 of the report you will find a line chart showing the percentage of cancelled shows per year.
The chart contains a single series.
We'd like to divide the line on the chart into three sections based on the [Show date].[Year] column:
Section | Years to include |
---|---|
Pre-COVID | Up to and including 2020 . |
During COVID | 2020 to 2022 inclusive. |
Post-COVID | 2022 or later. |
Create three measures to show these values and place them in the line chart (you can remove the original measure when you do this). Apply formatting to the lines for the three series so that your chart resembles the one shown below:
The COVID years should be easier to spot after applying some formatting.
Save and close the report.
