Use the CROSSFILTER function in DAX measures to control the direction of relationships in a Power BI semantic model

Before you can do this exercise, you'll need to download and unzip this file .

Open the Music Tours - Cross Filter.pbix file in the folder shown above. You'll find a table visual displaying the number of shows which took place at different venues.

The venues are sorted in descending order of the count of shows.

Create a measure to count the number of tours which visited each venue. You'll need to use the CROSSFILTER function to modify the direction of one of the relationships in the data model.

The highlighted relationship only allows filters to flow from the Tour table to the Show table.

Create another measure to show the percentage of tours which visited each venue. Display your new measures in the table.

Create two more measures to show the number and percentage of artists who visited each venue. You'll need to modify the direction of two relationships to make this work.
