In SQL Server, you can write code to execute the sp_help stored procedure to see the details of a database object.
You could execute this code to return detailed information of the dbo.Film table.
In SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) you can press ALT + F1 to execute the sp_help procedure quickly.
Select the name of the object you want to get help on and press ALT + F1
The amount of information you will see depends on the type of object you've selected. Below you can see a sample of the information you'll see when getting help on a table:

To see a list of the names you can pass to the sp_help procedure for a database you can run the following query:
select name from sys.objects
