This exercise is provided to allow potential course delegates to choose the correct Wise Owl Microsoft training course, and may not be reproduced in whole or in part in any format without the prior written consent of Wise Owl.
Open the workbook in the above folder.
Record a macro to apply the following to cell C4 (the first input cell):
Validation (so that you can only input a whole number between 0 and 10)
Protection (unlock the cell for editing)
Formatting (give the cell a yellow background)
The effect you achieve should look similar to this:
The input cell is yellow, unlocked and validated.
Stop recording, and edit your macro to strip out all the redundant code. You should be able to reduce it to 5 lines (although admittedly one of them will be quite long!).
Test your slimmed-down macro out to check that it works on the other two input cells.
Save this workbook as Form with macros, then close it down.
