A neat way to run a VBA macro that you've written or recorded is with a custom keyboard shortcut.
To assign a keyboard shortcut to a macro, from the Excel ribbon choose Developer | Macros, or press Alt + F8 on your keyboard.
On the Macro dialog box, select the macro you want to assign a keyboard shortcut to and click Options...
We have only one macro to choose in this example.
In the Macro Options dialog box, enter the key you want to press to run the macro then click OK.
You can enter lowercase or uppercase letters, affecting which keys you must press to run the macro later.
Beware that your new keyboard shortcut will replace any existing Excel shortcut!
You can now use your keyboard shortcut to run your macro!
