Collaboration is the name of the game with most teams. Google Sheets makes this easy: you can share a file with a single click.

You can give access to specific people or groups.

People with access to the file can chat with each other within the document.

You can chat in real time and track who is viewing the document.

Possibly the most useful option is the ability to share to people without accounts.

Obviously don't do this for sensitive documentation!

This can lead to some amusing edit notifications appearing within the feed:
