I found it hard initially to connect to DeepSeek. On my laptop I get two options:

Is Into the unknown a reference to Frozen? Or a description of the user experience?

I downloaded the app on my phone, and also tried using my laptop. Both ask you to sign up. I tried using my Wise Owl email address, but it said that doman (wiseowl.co.uk) isn't yet supported, so I then tried a private Gmail account.

Everything worked fine up to the point I click on Sign up , at which point the application just hung.

After several attempts I left this and revisited the site on another day, when everything worked perfectly. I've left this blog up just in case other people experience teething problems like this: there is light at the end of the DeepSeek tunnel!
