"Firstly, great that pre course checks took place to ensure no delay in getting started, and we all had packs sent out. Secondly, great that we could all be seen and that our trainer was excellent at keeping an eye on us all and helping us through any issues e.g. if we had missed a step in the sequence / clicked on the wrong thing etc so we were all progressing at the same pace. Also, he answered any questions we asked or found out the answers during breaks. Our trainer was really patient, and his personality meant we felt comfortable to interact and ask questions / for help when required. I would definitely recommend Wise Owl to others :-)."
